Each whole beef will yield approximately 450 pounds* of beef (with bone-in on various cuts).  If your whole beef weighs over 450 pounds, you get the overage for free!  
All of our beef is raised in the Klamath Basin of Southern Oregon on a small family ranch.  Each product has been sustainabily raised and has exceptional flavor.  
You will recieve a variety of cuts including Ribeyes, T-Bone Steaks, Sirloin Steaks, Roasts, Stew Meat, Short Ribs and the ever versatile, Ground Beef. Approximately half of your order will be ground beef. 
This size is ideal for a family for the entire year.   The whole beef will provide you with peace of mind, knowing that you will not have to worry since you'll have an abundance of delicious protein in your freezer.   This is also a great size option to split with your family and friends.  Beef makes an excellent, heartfelt gift as well!
