Each 1/2 beef will yield approxmiately 220 pounds* of beef (with bone-in on various cuts).   If your half weighs over 220 pounds, you get the overage for free!
All of our beef is raised in the Klamath Basin of Southern Oregon on a small family ranch.  Each product has been sustainabily raised and has exceptional flavor.  
You will recieve a variety of cuts including Ribeyes, T-Bone Steaks, Sirloin Steaks, Roasts, Stew Meat, Short Ribs and the ever versatile, Ground Beef. Approximately half of your order will be ground beef. 
This size is ideal for a average size family for a good portion of the year.   Half of a beef will provide you with a good variety of delicious protein in your freezer.
